I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, close to a beautiful Japanese park and in a safe area. The dining options were diverse and delicious. The facilities were excellent overall, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The rooms were beautifully designed with great amenities like a good selection of TV channels and Netflix, a lovely tea set, complimentary water, and candies. The temperature control was perfect, and the concierge service was top-notch. I especially loved the 'clean my room' button for housekeeping.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I particularly liked the convenience of the housekeeper button. However, the room was extremely cold, which made me sick and unable to attend my work meeting. Additionally, the ongoing construction without any indication was a downside.
